Cash on Delivery Policy

Cash on Delivery is offered on selected products and pin codes as a convenience. Because many items on Essence Edit are high-value and sourced to order, COD is subject to the conditions below and may not be available on every order.

• COD availability is shown at checkout and depends on the product, order value and delivery pin code.
• Certain premium, limited or made-to-order items may be available on prepaid basis only.
• We reserve the right to withdraw the COD option for specific orders where required.

For high-value or sourced-to-order items, a partial advance may be required to reserve the product and confirm your intent to purchase. This advance:

• Is applied against the total order value.
• Secures your size/variant while the order is processed.
• Is subject to the refund conditions set out in our Cancellations & Returns policy.

Where an advance has been paid, the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery in cash or through the digital payment option offered by the courier. The order will be handed over only once the full remaining amount is collected.

COD orders may be verified by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we are unable to confirm the order after reasonable attempts, it may be cancelled. Confirming the order authorises us to process and ship it.

Any exchange request on a COD order can only be initiated after the full order value has been paid and the delivery completed. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules described in our Cancellations & Returns policy.

Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders, or failure to pay the balance at delivery, may lead to:

• Forfeiture of any non-refundable advance paid to reserve the item.
• The COD facility being disabled for your account or contact details.
• Recovery of shipping and handling costs incurred.

• The COD amount payable is the exact total shown on your order confirmation.
• Couriers are not authorised to accept part-payments unless expressly arranged with us.
• We may modify or withdraw this COD policy at any time.
