Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery unless the product page clearly states that the item is final sale or has a different return condition.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, authenticity material, and invoices where applicable.
• Return approval is required before sending an item back.
• Wrong, damaged, defective, or materially different items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
• Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days to reflect after processing, depending on the payment provider or bank.
• COD refunds may require bank or UPI details from the customer.

Items that fail inspection, are used, are missing tags, or are missing original packaging may be returned to the customer or may not qualify for a refund.
