For orders placed on essenceedit.com, Essence Edit is responsible for customer support, order coordination, payment support, shipping updates, returns communication, and refund communication.

Products may be sourced from brand partners, distributors, authenticated suppliers, marketplace inventory partners, or third-party logistics facilities. Fulfillment may be completed from our own facility or from supplier and logistics partner locations depending on product availability.
