A clean, carbon black-free liquid eyeliner delivering the blackest black*, long-lasting matte finish in a custom, calligraphy-inspired brush. Aqua (Water, Eau), Charcoal Powder, Ammonium Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, Campsis Grandiflora Flower Extract, Eclipta Prostrata Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Panthenol, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Dilauramidoglutamide Lysine, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate. Suggested Usage: -For optimal performance, shake the pen before each use and store flat with cap closed tightly. -If the brush tip starts to feel dry, simply wipe with a damp paper towel to re-activate ink flow. -Applying setting powder and allowing eyeliner to dry fully will minimize smudging on more oily eyelids.
