Next, concentrate application on the root and the outer lashes. For extra lift, use the brush to hold and lift your lashes for five seconds. Further open the eyes by using the tapered edge of wand to coat your bottom lashes. This lightweight mascara is formulated with Lash Moisture Complex for buildable intensity without clumping or smudging. A full-bodied brush with innovative ribbed bristles captures and coats each lash, wrapping root to tip in black pigments for rich colour and bold dimension.
